Is MyWebATM safe?
Cardholders create a secure PIN (Personal Identification Number), which guarantees that the card may only be used by only the cardholder, or someone to whom the PIN has been given.
Online, all transactions between your MyWebATM account and your personal bank account or an online merchant are protected using the latest in SSL technology. Your online account may only be accessed using the User ID and Password you created when you applied for your card.
I don't see a Security Lock or an "https" address on the "Sign Up" and "Log In" pages. Are these pages secure?
The Sign Up and Log In pages are completely secure, and use digital certificates to ensure that any data shared with us is kept confidential. Digital certificates encrypt data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry-standard method for protecting Web communications.
You can verify that these pages use SSL. In Internet Explorer, simply right-click in the body of the form and select "Properties". In Firefox, right-click on the body of the form, select "This Frame", and then select "View Frame Info".
I just signed up. What happens next?
There are two steps to the sign-up process. First, MyWebATM will send a small deposit to your bank account. Once this is received, you need to log into your MyWebATM account and confirm the deposit amount. You do this by clicking on "Funding Accounts" in the menu on the left side of the screen.
At this point, you will see a "Conf" button next to the bank account you selected. Clicking on this button opens a window that allows you to enter the amount of the deposit. If the amount entered is correct, you have successfully confirmed your bank account with MyWebATM. At that point, your initial deposit will be credited to your account. You will then be issued your MyWebATM card number.
I'm having difficulty applying for a MyWebATM account. It says I can't be verified. What should I do?

MyWebATM cards are not credit cards. They are stored-value, PIN-based debit cards.
Does the card have an expiration date?

Upon completion of the investigation, the bank will make known their findings and either make permanent the credited amount, or debit the provisional credit.
